I have been looking at past deals that companies have done with private placements with offshore investors! Zitel being the latest one to enter into such an agreement! Looking at past deals with this type of financing most all of the companies that I have found have declined steadily for some time after the deal has been announced and some have even been delisted!

Would like to know other peoples opinion on this type of financing and where one would look to get a list of companies that are doing business with private offshore investors! Also lets name some names if you know of a company that is doing this!
