That's my point exactly. It's not that people can't make that extreme amount of wealth, but when they do it's a sign that much of that money should have been going to the people who actually did the work. Sure, he made key decisions, but who's to say that others couldn't have made those decisions if given the chance, or that those decisions were actually more important than implementing those decisions. If you are not in the high position of the hierarchy there isn't the opportunity to make, what ? $2 billion a year for 50 years ? That's just insane.
