Quarantining oneself is effective if you can maintain the isolation. She is (due to being housebound by another condition) but I'm not. I do all the shopping (groceries, gas, post office, doctors' visits, etc) and also go to church services twice weekly. Part of my FLCCC protocol is to gargle with Listerine mouthwash before going into crowds. My doc also recommended Betadine nasal inhaler which I use concurrently with the mouthwash. So far the FLCCC protocol has worked successfully since March 2020 (and I have enough IVM to last us into mid-2024). By then I'm hoping we'll have achieved herd immunity and covid will just be a bad memory.
