Are you kidding? That building is located in one of the hottest growing areas around. Any company could land there and attract whoever they want. Who wouldn't jump at a chance to live outside of Silicon Valley and work for a hi techie just down the street? Scott's Valley is less than 20 miles from Silicon Valley, doesn't seem that would qualify as out of the Silicon Valley loop.
