Michael: A limit of one year would play right into "Stonewall" Clinton's hands. You are presuming erroneously that the party being investigated would comply with all legal requirements for subpoenaed documents, truthful testimony, etc. Obviously that is not the case with the Clinton White House and Clinton's minions. I believe the independent counsel law should be abolished but we do need something to eliminate the obvious conflict the DOJ would have in investigating its own administration. JLA
