Way to go Bob! If he does call you back, I'd be interested in knowing: 1.) The EXACT date they (First Sydney) finalized the cash advance. 2.) Was the full amount ($5 million) approved all at once, or, is it to be in installments pending on "results" on a on-going basis? 3.) How is NAMX backing the loan. Strictly with stock and options, or are fixed assets involved as well? If assets, what are they? Assuming he gives you ANY information on the above, ask him if First Sydney does business with any other company that PAST or PRESENT directors of NAMX are also associated with currently. Good Luck Bob! I'm real anxious to see if he really calls back and what info you get. I'm afraid he will probably tell you that we'll have to get that info from NAMX, but, then again, you never know!
