Good morning Tom: Good idea! I'll look into that. As you know, my basket approach intends to get more and more diversified as time goes on. I feel pretty confident that the CR can go down as a % to total as my diversification level goes up. I'll have to pull out my grid and see what it looked like a year ago (not that I stuck to it!). But my approach doesn't require Vealies to manage to a certain %. Rather, I use the grid to determine if I am high enough over the planned level. If so, then I take $10k out of cash, and add to my basket. I should probably assess the risk of that move by indexing my grid level against the IW somehow. Gee. Now I gotta think some more! It's a rainy 'layabout' weekend here. I thought I'd loaf mentally (which is SOP for me anyway). Regards, Braindead in Bradshaw
