Goldcoin, you misunderstood Rock_nj's comment. There is no RS at this time. A RS will probably not be considered until next year when the company has moved forwarded quite a bit with all the alliances and acquisitions, and IT expansion, etc. The meeting is basically to vote on the merger. Ben
