OT: Election possibilities Keith, I've seen the scenario presented in other places with slightly different wording. If we get to the point where the President of the Senate is required to break ties on votes in the Senate when the debate is over electors, if Al Gore is there to cast that vote, what a monstrous stink that will be!!!!!! Can he recuse himself to avoid the possibility of conflict of interest???? Robert
