I must say I loath the CDNW TV ads and dread it when one starts. With their bland yuppie participants, laughable scripts and totally unconvincing visuals I think they actually put people off from visiting what is really a very excellent website. Those ads try so hard to be hip...and aren't. "My CDNow is a funky, cool, smokey basement with some wild cats blowin' up a storm". Arrghhhh!!! If anyone from the company or close to the company is reading this...please someone get a clue. :)
