Internet music retailer, CDNow (NASDAQ: CDNW) will IPO sometime in the spring of '98. The company led the burgeoning Internet music market in '96 with a 33% share, but Music Boulevard (NASDAQ: NTKI), whose IPO was in November '97, is catching up fast. Can CDNow hold a dominant position in this high growth, but expensive market?
