Along with the public offering, the remaining preferred securities held by early investors will be converted into common shares at $1000 divided by the highest traded price on the first trading day.

I have 100,000 shares of preferred stock that I will sell before the market opens to the highest bid! Bidders must be able to wire money directly to my off shore account!
