Scammer's Delight (proposed ticker F:SCDL) filed to offer about 800B shares priced at $14.99. An open greanshoe has been set due to the heavy investors demand.

Founded in 1984, the company pursues no special interest. However it seeks, but is not limited to, acquire similar companies with out without active business.
The net proceeds from the offering will be used to repay the 4th and 5th round of financing and for "general purposes".
Special Risk Factor: the company expects severe competition by existing and future companies in the same market place.

Along with the public offering, the remaining preferred securities held by earlyinvestors will be converted into common shares at $1000 divided by the highest traded price on the first trading day.

The offering is not underwritten by Boat People, Donald Duck, Pumpkin & Jeanette and Peter Lynn.
