I agree that Clinton is not motivated by ethical behavior. However, I think he was good at lying after growing up in a dysfunctional alcoholic home, where he learned it as a survival mechanism. Because he was charming his lies went over well when he was a young man, and he just kept going and going, until his nose is twenty feet long now but only some people can see it!!
