HandsOn,

The reverse merger simply means that PRWT is buying Panam for PRWT shares, but on completion of the merger (today) the company becomes Panamerican. It is a name game and it allows Panamerican to "go public" without dealing with the normal IPO process. PRWT shareholders get a new company planning on all the new business we have been discussing. Hope this clears things up.

btw There will be no dilution of shares (thank God!) and you get 1 share of Panamerican for every one share of PRWT you own. (Effectively just a name change.)
