Did anyone there happen to ask John Schmitz why the Press Releases from July mentioned Belizean Government guaranteed mortgages and now Joe Sanker has related that the first $10,000,000 in pass through mortgage certificates will be provided by Prizm Marketing Group of Philadelphia, PA. and will not be guaranteed by the government? What was he thinking when they made that Press Release? That is not just an oversight. It sure looks like purposeful misrepresentation.
