CDNW is doing fine, building the business. This Metric page shows the more important facts on where they rank: mediametrix.com One point not obvious is the number or percent of unique visitors that buy when they visit. Search engines rank high on unique visitors but don't draw money out of their visitors. I think CDNW is building a strong brand name and will kill in coming years. All other music sites don't even compare. Sure you can buy a CD cheaper by a few cents at some other sites, but I patronize CDNW due to great information, great service, and a good price. They are building a base of faithfuls, and will do very well.
