Hi Tom

Forgot to mention that I have come up with a formula to change the safe values based upon valuation. So when a stock is under valued I will adjust the buy safe to 0% and the sell to 20% and when the YPEG is greater than 3 the buy will be 20% and the sell 0%. The scale will shift between YPEG of <1 and >3. Valuation DOES MATTER! For mutual funds I plan on using the 200 day MA.
