Yes, a day with a teacher once in a while could keep you sharp.

A lot of guys who are good like to teach because in turn it keeps them sharp.

Different guys do different stuff and teach differently. Some take large groups; I think the smaller ones are better.

Either way; it's a good way to pick up ideas as well as to learn techniques for discipline.
