Good question. I would rather think that RAJA positioned some of their large mo-customers (momentum oriented) and told them they don't see the growth they were looking for originally. Otherwise, why would they issued a rating change here and right now...especially after the most recent EPS release...which appeared in line with estimates. So therefore, huge volume day means motivated sellers, at least with the price action. My instincts tell me to sidestep the avalanche, wait for the snow to settle and then reconsider. This type of price action is not where I make my money unless on the short side. So I will remain uninvolved.

They key is in taking care of the downside and to let the upside take care of itself. You may miss the absolute bottom, but then again if you had bought at 20 or 19.5 or 19 or 18.5 you would be down. And given there are so many other quality names out there I am looking elsewhere....
