Isaac: Here is a snipit from the news release: Revenues for the first quarter of 1998 were $43,979,000, compared to revenues of $48,721,000 for the prior year first quarter, primarily reflecting a delay in the exercise of contract options expected to be received in the first quarter, which were awarded instead in the second quarter, and a delay in work at one of the Company's customer sites. These delayed revenues should beef up the 2nd Qtr... The Operating Margin jumped from 6% to 8%... This is one to put away... Jim
