I've noticed that stocks crossing their 13 week moving average tend to move upward toward their 52 week highs and beyond...

I've also noticed that stocks priced 10.00 and below seem to offer the greatest percentage opportunities....

Each week I'll post a list of stocks that meet the crossing the 13 week moving average criteria on strong volume and positive MoneyFlow... All comments and ideas are welcome... I've personally benefitted from this approach, and wish to open this up to all who can share Fundamental and Technical knowledge about these stocks...

This is not a Daytrader's thread... But, a starting point to locate stocks on their way up...

Good luck to all...

Jim
