Allen: Your posts 418 and 818 indicates you saw the writting on the wall early. Congrats. I was drawn to this issue by a cyberfriend lauding the great bargain it was a forthnight ago at 10. I did not spend much time at first, in about 90 minutes of studying the various preferred documents, I came back on the thread and indicated my opinion that the stock will rapidly go under 4 (before the end of the year) and under 2 by the time the second tranch of floorless will be convertible. I did not expect the much more rapid denouement. I am surprised that in face of all these happenings som on the board are still looking at this as a potential survivor. Right now, I would agree witth you and use a banker's attitude, not a daydreamer wishful thinking point of view. The company is out of financial resources by nex quarter and unless they have a real miracle, they are either going to have to slow down their growth drastically and reliquify in the process (that means more or less dead money for two years) or actually get out of business.
