Introduction Market Data Compact

Cityscape Financial, a mortgage finance corporation, has hit hard times with a high amount of bad loans financed. It peaked at 36 7/8 last August, currently is at 14 3/16 off it's recently attained 52 week low of 11 3/4. Looks like this one may have formed a bottom. Any opinions?
