Bob, while I think Phoenix is better off as a business than SystemSoft,
I like the spunk that SS has. Before SystemSoft, I never saw an
annual report where they imply that their 180 employees fill three or
four skyscrapers shown in photographs. Or where a CEO has the
guts to tell shareholders and analysts that the CEO of Intel would
make them the center of his presentation (and then they aren't
even mentioned).

There is something I'm really curious about that you might be able
to help me with. Angelo's photo makes him look heavy, but it's
hard to tell how tall he is. Have you seen him in person? The
way he writes his signature seems to indicate that he's very
explosive and not very stable. What is your impression?
