Systemsoft is a company founded by ex-Phoenix Technologies managers. SystemSoft stock has surged dramatically because of a hot new product that is *almost* out called SystemWizard. While SYSF's historical revenues and earnings are substantially below PTEC's, such hot money managers such as Hambrecht and Quist and Volpe Welty are telling us that this is basically the next Microsoft, possibly better. I urge everyone that is not already on this rocket to seriously look at this as potentially the next Microsoft. With 170 PE, it may seem expensive, but not really when you factor in potential growth and 50% historical earnings growth for the past few years. 20th Century Funds bought into this one big time and they are one of the biggest funds around besides Fidelity and a few others. What would happen if Fidelity bought a huge chunk too? This is possible, since SYSF and Fidelity have corporate offices in the same area of the country. The short position is also pretty big, and you know what that means if we get some short covering. You really can't compare this company to Phoenix Technologies, because Phoenix doesn't have DEC and Wang to back them up like SystemSoft does in the "call avoidance" arena. HOT STOCK. | ||||||||||||||
