I followed the strategy for 30 years and has never been disappointed except in very few cases. I agree with you 100%. One day institutions will notice this value and we follow their coattail. ANALYSTS also will upgrade the stock at that time. Good luck. If one only go back to threads of ORCL, ASND, EFII 3 months ago( and EVEN CSCO LAST YEAR ,Stock was 46 before split and institution were selling it is now 105) , they will learn the lesson of history!
