Bob - At MarketNoize, we have actually discussed such a platform several times. We were thinking of developing a spidering system that would pull messages from the various financial boards and integrate them with our site, but opted not to, in fears of copyright issues. But if some sort of content sharing contract could be worked out with SI, we would have no problems in providing such a "mirror" system. We have such technological resources available. So if the SI users are forced to start from scratch on another system, what message board features would be a "must have" before they would feel comfortable using that system? I'd love to hear some feedback from the veterans. = Jim =
