Scott, New funds are announced in WSJ as well as Barrons has new listing info. Shorting the funds when issued is a good idea in general but it's not a quick way to make money. Underwriters support the stock price for several months after a new fund is under written. Also If the fund performs well initially, premiums can increase and you can loose your shirt. (for example look at Tempelton Russia fund) Jyoti
