Amazing! That's just how I saw it too! <ggg> Too bad I saw it after the fact. 20:20 hindsight. Great huh? Seriously though, those bullet points make a lot of sense. I know of one local 'dinosaur' who did in fact cut back on infrastructure budgets. Consequently one job was eliminated. Not a big deal? That person accounted for 5% of their IT staff and was a manager. Read somewhere recently that if your neighbor loses their job, it's a Recession. If you lose your job, it's a Depression!
