OK Llama Weiss...You want GOOFI, I got GOOFI...as a mater of fact I've got a Chap.11 GOOFI. Pardon me for neglecting your Chilian research assignment, but I'll get back to that. In the meantime...check out Discovery Zone Inc. (ZONEQ-Nasdq). Basically a kids playground party house...Chuckie Cheese sans pizza. Once at $30 now $.75...such a deal. Overbuilt, went chap 11, but now the good news. Big investors (Blockbuster, I'm told) have just hired a top woman away from Eisner who was responsible for expansion of the Disney Stores into the malls (retail...I'm talking sexy retail here!). Freind of mine called this evening with this, he and associates (Steel business types) all bought into it today looking for a big turnaround (probably accounted for most of the 190K shares traded. Not a recommendation to buy or sell, just wanted you to know that my nose is not always in a gold mine. Anybody else out there in GOOF land (hey..that's kind of a Disney tie-in too!) heard anything about this outfit?
