Hi Tom; Dang, that would be enough to make some people go "postal" against the IRS, or whoever was in the way: 1. Huge paper losses in your portfolio 2. Large tax liability 3. Large tax preparation fee Sheesh, what a country! That is interesting about the coincidental outbreak of foot-and-mouth.....I suppose someone will develop an indicator out of that..why not, there are indicators of everything else...but none of them work!.....Murphy is like all the others..he points out support level after support level, then when they are broken, he points out the next one below.....heck, if the others didn't hold, why would anyone think that the next one would or wouldn't? If it did hold though, the TA 'heads would say, SEE....how wonderful that indicator (whatever it is) is at predicting the future. The only indicator I would like to have access to is one that doesn't exist.....the one that says from now on the sellers that want to sell have already sold, and from now on there will be more buyers than sellers.....lol Regards, Bud
