An appropriate change for "May Day"

More income redistribution from the Biden Administration using "fees" to avoid calling it a tax. In fact, I researched several articles on this and most say something like "yes the fees are going up on those with good credit but they still will pay less than those with lower credit scores." It seems to be lying by answering a different question.

Scopes and others don't call it a subsidy or taking from the rich to give to the poor but the Biden Administration officials admit the lower fees are to help those who typically have lower credit scores... and it is clearly paid for by those with good credit.

HERE is what the Bay Area News Group published today in the San Jose Mercury news on page 6 showing the new and old fees for a 20% downpayment.
