Everyone I know wants to get rid of gas powered leaf blowers. It's less a carbon problem than the fact that they are really loud and inefficient. Most of us don't live on a 5 acre plot where we are far away from the noises our neighbors make. I know I'm surrounded by neighbors so leaves are blown around nearly every day. Personally I use a rake.

When we get rid of ICE cars then there will be no need for alcohol for the gas tank (not that there is any need now) That will free up 40% of the farmland. There will also be billions of dollars in savings from health issues with polluted air and water tied to the carbon industries. The big trouble with energy companies is that they don't pay for the consequences of their profit generation.
