RUT Big Picture Wave Count. It's my opinion that the rule of alternation related to Wave (2) and Wave (4) applies with regard to their respective retracement. Wave (1) was shallow and Wave (4) was deep. Moreover Wave (4) did not overlap Wave (1). If I mislabeled the Wave Count after Wave IV (meaning its a Wave (1) and (2)) then a Wave (3) of V will blast thru my projection. What's not to like. Breeze
