Yeah, good idea KLP: Bill Clinton for Iraqi interim President - UN Special Envoy to run Iraq with a brief to arrange a reconstitution convention for 12 March 2003. Somebody has to do it and Bill Clinton is at a bit of a loose end and enjoys international support. I'm sure King George II would support the idea. Anything to get Saddam out with minimal loss of life to Americans and Iraqis [including Iraqi military - not to mention Kiwis] and civilization in. Iraq was the cradle of civilization, so it would be nice for them to be the focus of a New World. Mqurice
