When you walk in the door first thing in the morning, the waitress brings you a big cup of coffee just the way you like it, without being asked.

The lunch specials are always something you like.

When you stop by in the evening, your favorite songs are playing on the jukebox and there's a table in the corner that your friends are sitting at, and they've got a chair for you.
