This seems not to be supported by the facts. We can clearly see that there was not that kind of growth in the numbers reported in the 1994 to 1995 list. Now the numbers for these lists are apparently based on the previous year's figures. If this is the case, then it is not credible that they would have grown 805% in one year and not made the Inc 500 for 1996, now is it?

And writing $200million in loans, makes it a second rate operation to Realty Money Centers that was reported doing over $500M.

Another amazing thing about claiming $200M in loans is that if their revenue truly grew 805% from the $2.5M number, they would have been earning in revenues about $22M or $23M. This is a rather excessive number to be taking off of $200M in loans now isn't it? Are they suggesting that they earn more than 10% of the loan volume that they write. And would they still then be mentioned as the lowest rate lender in their area by Money? They are beginning to look like Cinderella's stepsister trying to squeeze a fatted foot into a fact slipper that is just too small.

This is just what PRWT needs - to be associated with a firm that plays fast and loose with the facts. They already have their own problems with credibility. Surely Executive Mortgage Bankers can't be involved with PRWT. This would not be a good thing.
