Thre is a difference between rational certainty that Clinton perjured, suborned and obstructed and legal certainty of the same. The legal standard comes into play if the matter gets into impeachment or court. I am ready to accept the verdict in either forum if Starr presents his case and those consequences follow. I just hope the Republican leadership has enough guts to do what is right instead of what is politically expedient even if Bubba ultimately wriggles off the hook. JLA
