But wasn't he seeking advice as a government attorney? Wasn't the matter related to Hillary's Whitewater predicament? I re-iterate that he was not her personal attorney and I consider that point to be the root of the matter. Which of course goes back to the Clinton's seeming inability to separate their private matters in a way such that this conflict should not have occurred in the first place. bp
