zoo , very good or drive the stock low enough to purchase control of the float, proxy the rest , recap the company with short/mid debt & after several movies have trickled out, re-IPO it. or sell my swaption to Bach and Wescott and walk away or have the Co raise the number of common shares issuable, allowing for more dilution and more 504's
