I've had two similar experiences. Both times Email failed to gain a response, but my squeaky phone calls did get greased. I would guess your letter to the CEO will get lost or tossed. I basically got tired of being hosed on shipping through ONSL. It is insulting to see one video card with an $8 shipping charge and another one that they are featuring in quantity at $12 and ONSL is the seller for both. Plus the fact they prepackage the vast majority of their items individually, so that you cannot benefit on the reduced shipping. This is poor public relations and outright disservice to their customers. Practices like this detract from any loyalty. Hi, I bought something at an auction and now see they've billed and shipped me three of the items. Tried to use their customer service via their web page but am not getting a response. Could you provide the phone number? It's not anywhere on the web site of course. This should be a warning to others, be carefull buying stuff here!!! mdb
