OnSale Inc.(www.ONSALE.COM) is an electronic retailer involved in pioneering a new sales format, the interactive 24-hour online auction. It started less than a year ago and has enjoyed rapid growth. It serves as an outlet for manufacturer overstock and refurbished equipment. There is a big supply and demand for the products (Personal computers and peripherals from major manufacturers) and the net is their conduit. The company sells over $1,000,000 weekly in computers and electronics with prices normally ranging from $50 to $5,000. This company is in the right place at the right time. Now Investor's Bus. Daily listed it late Dec. as applying w/ the SEC for an IPO (ONSL/OTC).

How does one go about tracking a little known startup like this?
