GG certainly do have potential as a B movie factory ......unfortunatly they were ahead of their time -then.
Now there are hundreds of GG'S running around, so 'has beens'
is an accurate statement. The only thing that will separate GG from all the other 'wannabes' is an elegant source of solid finance.

I am angry at Bach, he has taken a very workable plan, with two genuinely talented entrepreneurs and shafted them with a crappy deal. instead of finding $1m-$2m of private 'patient' capital Bach sold these crappy 504's to his Brooklyn hedge funds.
Now the upshot of that move is that $1.5m @ $0.01 - $0.05 is zillions of shares.
The worst part is Bach now controls that float. If the stock makes a move up ....whose selling ? When supply of MVEE paper starts to dry up who will supply it ? Penny Bach.
If the first 2 movies even remotely work, then GG must plough all that back in to get the next two or three up and running,
if they dont work = thanks for playing.

Roughly 50,000,000 shares constitute the 504 issuance from NAFT (prior name of MVEE). If these shares are owned by Bachs clients that puts Bach in the drivers seat.

I always had the impression that Peter Benz was the acceptable front man for G & G who have too poor a reputation with the finances to raise the money or head up the company - but I presumed they were calling the shots together with Benz. Who is calling the shots?
