As a former MediaVision stock holder, I feel compelled to point out that beyond any lack of vision, business problems, etc., the management were crooks plain and simple. It doesn't make any difference to my pocketbook whether the misfortune is via ineptitude or criminality, but it makes a great deal of difference in terms of my personal sense of moral outrage. If our capitalist system is to function smoothly, such outrages should not go unpunished. A certain minimum level of honesty keeps the wheels lubricated.
