No extradition treaty with China......Slick would be safe over there and treated like a "king". Maybe, he could become Premier. (Let's see, he has had white and black women, but I suspect he has not had any Asian women....yet!!! .....that's it....new, fertile territory...a chance to become world leader of a different super power and a new race of women to pursue....he might even succeed in deceiving Hillary and everyone else this time.)
