The analyst cut earnings by 10% and stock drops 40%. Total panic and overreaction if your ask me. This guy was the only one to cut has rating out of 6 analysts. Short covering will hold stock up from here. If you can't sleep at night by waiting buy puts 3 months out. Today was a selling climax so you should see a rebound in the short run as short covering comes into play. People are saying huge blocks were sold this morning, there was a 750,000 and a 250,000 share block transaction and remember there is a buyer on the other side of the trade. One has to look at options trading if you think there was some kind of leaking by the company.
