Specious argument.

There is no indication, other than the usual WH mouthpieces, that Starr wants such testimony.

However, I am inclined to believe that Starr can get such testimony if his wishes because if Clinton did speak with his attorneys in front of the SS, then he waived the attorney-client privilege .

That means that not only that the SS can testify on such matters, but Slick's attorneys (most of which are not really his anyway - as they work for US) can be compelled to testify also. That includes even those who Clinton actually employs as personal attorneys, like Bennett. Remember this issue is before the Court of Appeals in another guise - Clinton's use of government attorneys as personal attorneys has already been found to not be covered by the attorney-client privilege.

But what is new and should be especially troubling to all is the apparent witness tampering by Clinton's lawyers - and to the extent they are government-paid, then against the interests of their real clients, the US public.
