I was in Denver and Blackhawk a month ago. The adress on CWRC's SEC filing (4155 E. Jewel Ave.) appears to be right in the middle of I-25. If you dial 989-0123, you get LeClerc's voice mail. He either has no phone, an unlisted number, or left the area. Nobody I talked to in Blackhawk had ever heard of this project. Also see Yahoo message board a few weeks back for more of the same from others. If you have heard otherwise, plese post your sources. I think the Feds and/or lawyers will investigate this at some point for possible fraud. Bob Dobyns
