Been watching this one for a few days. Here is some info. from a recent press release.
Holly Products Inc. subsidiary Country World Casino has been granted an extension until June 17,1996 to close financing and resolve disptes over title issues and lenders by bankruptcy court. The chairman has commited 2 million of his personal funds to help make this happen. This is sufficient to complete court approved financing. Closing is for early June.
The company is headquartered in Pennsylvania and has two subsidiaries, Navtech, which manufactures casino and hotel equipment, and Country World Casino, which plans to construct a hotel and casino in Black Hawk Colorado.

Looks good to me. The chairman commiting personal dollars should signal his belief in the company.
Anyone have any more input on this one, I am new to it myself.

Charlie
